Burgers You Don’t Want to Miss in Panama City Beach

You probably have a favorite burger place at home that has everything you want in a burger. We have a favorite burger place in Panama City Beach too. Well, we have several! We want to share them with you because we want you to feel at home! So, take it from our neighbors; we know good food around here! We hope that you love these burgers as much as we do!

• Chip’s Seafood Grille’

Chip’s Seafood Grille’ is the BEST spot to get a Surf and Turf Burger with an incredible view of the Gulf of Mexico. The Surf and Turf Burger is an 8oz Wagyu Beef Burger with a Crispy Fried Caribbean Lobster Tail on top with lettuce, tomato, and red onion on a toasted brioche bun. They are served with housemade slaw and french fries, perfectly paired with a 30A Beach Blonde Ale. This burger will be Instagram famous! Chip’s Seafood Grille is located on the Escape Deck at our own Holiday Inn Resort and is open seven days a week from 11 am-11 pm.

• The Craft Bar

The Craft Bar in Panama City Beach has some great burgers, but our favorite is the “que burger.” This burger features a half-pound patty of local beef, barbeque sauce, fried onion ring, jalapenos, and smoked cheddar cheese on a brioche bun. This burger is not to be messed with! Pair it with one of the 30 beers they have on tap, and you’ll be set! The Craft Bar is open seven days a week, 11 am – 11 pm.

• The British Eatery

The British Eatery is a restaurant tucked into the west end of Panama City Beach. The owners moved to Florida from England to bring some flavor from across the pond. You might not think about getting a burger at a British place, but they know what they’re doing! The “Winston Churchill” burger is our favorite among the ten burgers on their expansive menu. It features an Angus beef patty with mixed greens, tomato, white American cheese, and sautéed onions on a brioche bun. Don’t forget to try their peach cobbler pasty; you won’t regret it! The British Eatery is open Tuesday – Sunday, 11 am – 9 pm.

• Gulf Coast Burger

Gulf Coast Burger is a staple in Panama City Beach, and as soon as you try their food, you’ll know why! While their famous for “their build your menu,” which is delicious, we encourage you to try the “Florida burger”! It features a beef patty, bacon, egg, avocado, American cheese, and spring mix on a brioche bun topped with an orange slice! Their shakes are not to be missed either! Their “Cat-5 shakes” are massive and are meant to be shared with the whole family. But, we won’t blame you if you get one just for yourself! Gulf Coast Burger is open seven days a week, 11 am – 9 pm.

• The Wicked Wheel

The Wicked Wheel is a local biker-themed restaurant, full tricked out with motorcycle bar stools. They don’t mess around with burgers here! The “Road King” burger is HUGE, and when your order it, you get a free t-shirt if that tells you anything! This monstrosity features two 8oz Angus beef patties topped with bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and crispy onions! Served with fries on the side and pairs perfectly with an ice-cold beer! The Wicked Wheel is open seven days a week, 11 am – 9 pm.

• Patches Pub & Grill

Patches is a local Navy spot; you can tell as soon as you walk in. This place has a great atmosphere and even better food. While we know you’re looking for a burger here, we must mention their fried pickles. They can’t be beaten! The “Patches signature” double bacon, egg, and cheeseburger is the star of the show here! It features provolone cheese, bacon, fried egg, and garlic basil aioli on top of two Angus beef patties on a homemade bun! You don’t want to miss this burger! Patches are just a block from the beach on the east end of Panama City Beach. Patches are open seven days a week, 11 am – 12 am.
