The Holiday Inn Resort offers three great on-site restaurants that offer so many delectable and convenient choices, you'll never need to leave the property.  

The View Restaurant offers fresh, local seafood dishes that are simply delicious. While you dine, you can enjoy lovely view of the cascading waterfall pool are just a few of the reasons to dine at The View. Our chef is happy to customize your meal to meet the needs of your specialized diet.  

At the Bamboo Grill, shirts and shoes are not required! At our poolside grill we cookit up fresh for lunch daily. Enjoy burgers, sandwiches, wraps, salads, and more all while wearing your swimsuit!

Oasis Bar - Located on the upper pool deck, the Oasis Bar specializes in frosty and refreshing drinks, like our own local concoction, "The SunSpree." Enjoy your favorite with or without alcohol. Guests can also order food from the Bamboo Grill and eat at the Oasis Bar.

 SunSet Lounge - This new addition is located on the third floor of the new SeaWatch Conference and Entertainment Center.  In the SunSet Lounge you can take in a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico along with the most amazing sunsets in the evening, while enjoying one of the many martinis or tropical drinks on the menu.

Breakfast
Start the morning off right with a piping hot cup of coffee and a lavish breakfast buffet featuring made-to-order omelets. The buffet also includes sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, grits, pancakes, scrambled eggs, French toast, pastries, muffins, bagels, fresh fruit and more. Beverages are included, and kids under 12 eat FREE* with a paying adult.

Lunch
Enjoy lunch poolside as the Bamboo Grill and the Oasis Barserve up fresh-off-the-grill delicacies. Guests can also purchase snacks from the Tropical Market Place. 

Dinner at The View
At The View, dining is a romantic experience to be savored to the fullest. Enjoy deliciously diverse dishes in a tropical setting. While our guests love the convenience of our on-site dining, we recognize that they may occasionally chose to venture off property for area dining. Our friendly staff is happy to call area eateries to make reservations for you.
