The Holiday Inn SunSpree will be opening the beach’s newest and most exciting meeting, conference, and entertainment complex on the Gulf Coast! Construction is near completion on the SeaWatch and you’ll soon be able to hold your meetings where the views are spectacular and the service is superior. 

Our new SeaWatch Conference and Entertainment Center with a mini spa and a martini lounge is scheduled to open this fall!  The SeaWatch, a three story meeting and entertainment facility, will be located directly on the water with all glass walls from floor to ceiling on three of the sides, offering a spectacular view of the Gulf.  The new building boasts 4,000 sq. ft. of meeting space with 14’ high ceilings and is equipped with the latest technology.

The SeaWatch is for your enjoyment!  Finish your day in paradise by making your way to the top floor and rejuvenate yourself at the SeaWatch Lounge.  Enjoy a refreshing cocktail while cheering for your favorite teams as sporting events are displayed on four huge 50” plasma televisions.  Best of all, the SeaWatch Lounge features the same floor to ceiling glass walls so you can still soak up the magical sunsets of Panama City Beach!
